Registered Address

A company must have a registered office address. The registered office of a company is that to which CRO correspondence and all formal legal notices addressed to the company will be sent.

The registered office address need not be the company’s place of business, however, it must be a physical location, P.O. box numbers are not permitted. The Registered Office of your Irish company cannot be outside the State.

An additional service we offer on incorporation of your new company is the provision of your Registered Office address in Ireland.

PO Box Address

The registered address of your company must be a physical location in the State, not just a post office box number, because people have the right to visit your company’s registered office to inspect certain registers and documents and to deliver documents by hand.

Legal documents are required to be served to the registered office address. Official correspondence from Government departments such as the Revenue Commissioners and the Companies Registration Office are generally sent to the registered office address
