Underlying assumptions

  • Company not operating in a high-risk business or with high-risk countries.
  • Company not operating and has no recordable transactions and no bank account
  • Not VAT registered
  • Not registered as an employer
  • Not registered for Corporation Tax
  • Opening Trial Balance assumed to be issued Share Capital and cash on hand for same
  • B1 CRO Annual Return or Corp Tax Revenue return filings are excluded from the quote but can be provided if required
  • Should the audit identify any historical issues requiring a lookback and or amendment of the comparative values, this will be at an additional cost which will be advised

Prior year accounts filed with the CRO if in a non-standard abridged format, this format will be changed for the accounts to be filed.

Based on small micro trading with small number of transactions,

less than 50 and supporting documents provided, to prepare the formatted accounts for and obtain audit of €1800

  • Opening Trial Balance can be provided with details of the balances forward
  • Bank statements and transaction documents available for the full year
  • B1 CRO annual return or Corp Tax Revenue return filings are excluded from the quote but can be provided if required.
  • Should the audit identify any historical issues requiring a lookback and or amendment of the comparative values, this will be at an additional cost which will be advised

Company Secretary

Under Irish company law, you also need to have a second person in your company who will act as a Company Secretary.

You cannot act as both Company Secretary and Director unless you have a second Director in your Company.

All Directors of Irish Companies have to provide a Personal Public Service Number
